TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been packaged and dispatched, you will receive an email with full tracking details. (Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be activated.) Then you can track your orders through the service providers’ websites as below:
For the order that ships to Taiwan, please go for Pelican Express Service.
For the order that ships to China/Hong Kong/Macao, please go for SF Express Service.
For the international order and shipment, please go for FedEx Express Service.
For the order value under USD$10, please go for Chunghwa Post Service.
Orders placed before 8am (GMT) will be dispatched the same day.
All orders placed after 8pm (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day. For the estimated delivery times, unfortunately, we cannot provide exact delivery commitments for international shipments due to customs clearance and other possible delays.
Import duties & tax
Please note that you are responsible for paying any local import duties and taxes. These fees differ depending on the value of your purchase and the delivery location so we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
